HITS
EM&I have led many industry initiatives ranging from the international SeaTrade award for safety innovations through to awards for maximising skills transfers to increase the local content in various countries in which we operate.
The HITS JIP is a recently launched international initiative targeted at improving the way the industry manages the integrity of marine structures such as FPSO's.
HITS was conceived at the international FPSO forum in Monaco in 2010 and formally launched at the Houston FPSO forum in 2011.
It has been widely supported by Operators, Regulators, Classification Societies and Service Providers and is well on the way to being a significant contributor to improved Asset Integrity to the Floating Production industry.
