EM&I Achieves 300,000 hours LTI Safety Milestone!

EM&I celebrated a remarkable Safety Achievement on one of the most complex maintenance and repair projects undertaken on an operational FPSO.
The objective was to extend the life of an ageing leased FPSO without disrupting production.
Substantial steel renewals were required, with over 120 tons of structural steel requiring replacement in two tanks, including transverse bulkheads.
The work was carried out in Malaysian waters without any HSE reportable incidents, whilst meeting tight timescale and budgeting targets.
