EM&I multiskilled teams are trained to combine survey and remedial work using specialist methods, we have developed innovative tools which allow hot-work in difficult access areas, to take place safely and with minimum disruption to operations and production.

Conventional methods of repair and maintenance incur severe cost / downtime penalties and carry safety and pollution risks. For example, coating failure on tankers or damage to structures and piping, give cause for concern. EM&I's maintenance and repair services are designed to address these issues.

This is a tailor-made staging system which uses the assets structure for support. TOPCAT is installed by rope access teams and once in place, facilitates:

• UHP blasting
