BW Offshore chooses NoMan® for FPSO Contract

BW Offshore have been selected to provide a large FPSO, based on BW Offshore’s robust RapidFramework® design, for one of the largest offshore gas developments in Northern Australia, bringing many advantages to the field operator. Initial gas production from the FPSO is expected during the first half of 2025.
EM&I have been awarded a contract to introduce the latest integrity technology to this prestigious project, using robotic systems to minimise risk of putting humans underwater, into confined spaces or working at height.
BW Offshore has also awarded contracts to EM&I for using the NoMan® technology on operating assets in West Africa. This highly advanced approach using laser scanning robots, equipped with high performance camera systems, will reduce safety risk, carbon emissions, POB and subsequently operating costs.
