Health and Safety
We are committed to creating a safe and healthy environment for our employees, clients, others we work with and those members of the public who may be affected by our operations. We have a Health and Safety policy in which all employees are trained and regularly updated. We are committed to continuously improving in our health and safety performance.
We are committed to the care of the environment and the prevention of pollution.
We ensure that all our activities are carried out in conformance with the relevant environmental legislation. We seek to minimise waste, promote recycling, reduce energy consumption, reduce harmful emissions and, where possible, to work with suppliers who themselves have sound environmental policies.
We are committed to improving our environmental performance and set annual environmental improvement objectives and targets, which are regularly monitored and reviewed.
We work to reduce our individual carbon footprint. We use video conferencing to reduce travel. We recycle mobile phones, ink cartridges and waste paper in all our offices. Lights are switched off when rooms are not in use and we encourage minimal use of printers and copiers.
We recognise our employees as the most valuable assets in our organisation.

We have a code of ethics in which our people are trained. No employee working for us or on our behalf will accept or offer a bribe or any other improper inducement and this policy is communicated to our employees in line with current legislation.
We recruit, employ develop and promote employees in line with our equal opportunities policy and recognise and value diversity in our workforce.
We support the communities in which we live, giving to charities instigated by our employees locally and by actively working with organisations that help develop talent in underprivileged young people and give them an opportunity to reach their full potential
We support charities in developing countries by encouraging our staff to organise and participate in fund raising events and contributing equally from the Company.
