DNV GL Re-certification Audits

In September 2018 several re-certification audits were carried out in Perth involving two companies of the Asia Pacific EM&I Group for the following standards:

EM&I (Australia) Pty Ltd

ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), OHSAS 18001 and AS/NZ 4801 (Safety Management System).

EM&I (Singapore) Pte Ltd

ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).

The re-certification audits were passed with 7 observations and the auditor for DNV GL, Vinod Nair Kamboth stated that the management processes were of a high standard and being used effectively.

Chris Williams, Manager QHSE said “The continued certification of the Safety and Quality Management Systems in Asia Pacific is critically important to the EM&I Group. Well done to everybody who assisted with the audit with a special mention to Kenneth McConnell (Integrity Engineer) who is also the Quality Representative in Perth.

Peter Davies, RGM Asia Pacific added “This was a significant team effort achieving these re-certifications and demonstrates to our clients our focus on meeting their expectations and requirements safely and to the highest quality. Many thanks to Chris Williams and the whole Perth-based team”.
