EM&I Awarded DNV GL Approval of Service

Approval of Service

EM&I have received approval from DNV GL in Aberdeen for their DNV GL-CP-0484 Approval of Service Suppliers Process for “A03 In Water Surveys (ROV)” and “A16 Remote Inspection Techniques (Camera)”.

The approval of service system for both processes involved supplying a lot of evidence for their review which was followed by both desktop and face to face audits. The process was then finally wrapped up with a practical demonstration conducted in the EM&I Technology Development Centre in Cumbria.

The DNV GL Principal Surveyor, Mr Wojciech Smolensk, said: “Thank you for your kind attention, efficient co-operation and assistance. The presentations as well as the audits were performed at the highest professional level”.

Danny Constantinis, EM&I Group Executive Chairman, commented: “ This is a great achievement and points in the right direction as we move further into remote inspections”
