EM&I Appoints Monty Smith as New Global QHSE & CSR Manager

EM&I Group has recently welcomed Monty Smith as the company’s new Global QHSE & CSR Manager. Smith will be responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment within the company.
Having served seven years in the Royal Engineers, Monty has gained experience working offshore on saturation diving vessels in the U.K., Norwegian and Dutch sectors. More recently, he has worked within the offshore wind industry in QHSE global contracting and emerging markets including floating wind concepts.
EM&I Group has been a leader in Occupational Health and Safety through the ISO 45001 accredited Health & Safety Management System. In 2022, the company was awarded the prestigious “Order of Distinction” (15 consecutive Golds) Award in the RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards. Moreover, the company is committed to ensuring high-quality service through its ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
